Attorney Bio: Daniel Knox is the founding Principal of Knox Law Group, PC . He is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of New York and is a member of the Real Property and Business Law Sections of the New York State Bar Association. Mr. Knox concentrates his practice on real estate and business matters, regularly representing parties in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of residential and commercial real estate and advising clients regarding various business transactions, ranging from entity formation to the purchase and sale of existing businesses. Mr. Knox earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy from St. John’s University before going on to earn his Juris Doctor from SUNY Buffalo Law School, where he worked on the Buffalo Environmental Law Journal and was a member of the Frederick Douglass Moot Court Board. Prior to graduating from Law School, Mr. Knox interned with a prominent mid-size law firm focusing on commercial litigation and with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) where he was involved in the administration of arbitrations involving securities and/or financial organizations. |
